Moon BAR & CAFÉ, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte

I stopped by Moon Bar & Cafe because I was curious about its look from the outside. It looked like a traditional-modern geek-style facade, so I wanted to see what it would be like inside. The parking spaces are big enough for any group drinking session you might have planned there—so don't worry about that! Upon entering the store (which has a minimalist and chic aesthetic), one of the friendly staff members asked if they could help me find anything specifically before pointing in their direction yummy treats on display instead of just listing off prices or offering guidance through some sort of wine tasting menu

Moon Lotus Latte. This is a variation on a latte with lotus biscoff. Lotus Biscoff Spread is like Nutella for those who don’t like Nutella (and even if you do). It has the rich creamy taste and smooth texture of cookie butter spread without being too sweet.

Iced Spanish latte. This one is perfect, the espresso is creamy and the milk is frothy. The flavors are not too strong and it’s really refreshing.

Beef Stew. The meat is flavorful and very tender, and the veggies are cooked just right. The potatoes are neither too hard nor soft, and they’re seasoned well.

Their Calamares is crispy and flavorful—I got addicted to eating it.

Camaron Rebosado (translated in English as Overflowed Shrimp) is a type of shrimp from Mexico that is cooked by being marinated in tequila and then cooked. It is typically served with pico de gallo, guacamole and tortillas. Camaron rebosado is considered a delicacy in Mexican cuisine

Binagoongan bagnet with talong be considered as a Crispy Binagoongan version. The bagnet is crispy and crunchy that makes you want to eat more of it. The meat was tender and juicy, and the sauce complemented the taste of the dish. Talong is a good addition to this dish because it helped balance out the flavors.
