To veer your mind off the weekend that was and the heat of the summer weather.who says beer can only be paired w/ chips. the smooth yet bold flavors of San Miguel Premium All Malt, San Miguel Super Dry, and Cerveza Negra brings out the best of the dishes served at the gourmand market. the premium all malt is fantastic w/ fish, chicken or vegetables just like falafel yo’s guiltless falafels and Vana’s chicken tandoori. The super dry is awesome with dark meat or robust deep flavored dishes like the Longganisa roll and eggplant parmigiana from Nawwty’s Kitchen and lastly, the Cerveza Negra is best with desserts. it was wonderfully whimsical having it w/ blends and batter’s Malagos brownies and tipsy cream’s boozy ice cream.
