Pancake Souffle is getting their hype these days. When I saw this store, it’s calling me, It’s attractive because it’s jiggly, soft, and fluffy look. I found out it’s located in The Block, SM City North EDSA. I got my bag and went right away to try them.It’s just a fluffy pancake with oozing flavor that you need to try. You’ll get to see how they made it, right in front of you.

Milk Tea Flavor.

They have 4 flavors of but we only tried those three. It’s so fluffy and not too sweet but the sauce made it more flavorful. What I like about their Souffle is it’s not that eggy taste, it’s whipped perfectly that’s why it’s very jiggly.They also serve drinks, Milk Tea flavors and Carbonated Drinks. We ordered Cocoa and Wintermelon but I don’t really recommend it, nothing wow, the cocoa taste really blunt for me.
