When you say Japan, you’ll think about sushi and ramen. Ramen is indeed one of the famous dish in Japan but they also start to have own spot on filipino’s heart like milktea. We all know that

Ramen is a translation of “pulled noodles”. It consists of Chinese wheat noodles served in a meat or fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, nori, menma, and scallions.
But here in Kureji they have their own version of Ramen. They made it sizzling, yes you read it right. They served it in a sizzling bowl, just like their name Kureji means “crazy”, it’s insanely good.

Let’s Takaw Tikim!

**Chicken Manila Gyoza. **Pan fried to make it little crisp with a taste of spring onions.

**Chicken Skin Karaage. **It’s really good with the chili mayo sauce. It’s not greasy than usual. We had two orders od this. It’s addictong actually.

**Chicken Katsu Curry. **I love this sweet japanese curry with chicken tonkatsu.

**Tonkatsu Ramen. **This is my least favorite, it’s just a normal tonkatsu ramen for me, nothing wow but it didn’t disappoint me.

**Sizzling Tomato Seafood Ramen. **This is one of their popular sizzling ramer. This dish has salmon, squid, shrimp, kani, kimuchi, and noodles in signature spicy tomato seafood tori paitan broth.

Overall, I still love the Kureji but their menu of the month is nothing wow but it didn’t disappoint me. They always have monthy menu to bring out a whole different Japanese food experience.
