I’ve been craving for XLB and I had it fixed in Paradise Dynasty. Also, I had the privilege to try the New Menu. Upon entering the place is very huge and you’ll see the typical table you’ll see in a Chinese resto, the round table with lazy susan. They also have VIP Rooms that can accommodate 10-15 person per room. The staffs are also pleasant looking and accommodating.

Fried Duck. Perfectly marinated duck with white peppercorns and Sichuan pepper carefully fried to ensure the crispy texture.
Grouper with Pine Nuts and Fruits. Meticulously fried to become golden in color then topped with a special sauce and grilled pine nuts.
Original, Ginseng, Foie Gras, Black Truffle, Cheesy, Crab Roe, Garlic, Szechuan. The garlic is one of my favorite flavors.
