This is my second visit to Saramsam Resto Bar, and I just found out they have a vegan-friendly menu! Out of the blue, they told us they're serving vegan, gluten meat options. For context, "Saramsam" translates to "pika-pika" in Tagalong and "Finger Food" in English, which I initially thought was just a quirky name for the restaurant. Pleasantly surprised!
I love the ambiance at this place because they genuinely care about nature—they didn't cut any trees in their alfresco area. Plus, as someone who always gets bitten by mosquitoes, it's a huge bonus that there aren't any here! No bugs, just bliss.
Have you heard of Binakol prepared without chicken? If not, it's time to give this vegan version a try. Embrace this innovative take on a traditional dish and discover a new favorite that aligns with a compassionate lifestyle. The soup tastes really good.

The combination of Kamatis, Bagoong and Lasona, creates a dish that's full of depth, character, and distinct umami goodness. It's a simple yet delightful way to enjoy the essence of Ilocos in a comforting pasta dish.

They have their own unique version of Samosas, which actually remind me more of Vietnamese spring rolls. The highlight, though, is their homemade sauce—it perfectly complements each bite
This vegetable casserole didn't disappoint. It features a delightful mixture of homemade gluten meat, carrots, and mushrooms, all layered together with mashed cauliflower and potato on top.
This mango papaya salad with rice noodles, topped with succulent shrimp, is simply delightful. It refreshes and cleanses the palate, preparing you perfectly for the next dish to try. Haha!
