Seafood Capital by Chef Alvin is the 1st seafood cajun-inspired restaurant in Ilocos Norte. Serving only the best quality and fresh seafood. The place looks like a simple casual dining, I may say it's one of the best seafood restaurants here in Ilocos Norte.

Ossobuco or osso buco is a specialty of Lombard cuisine of cross-cut veal shanks braised with vegetables, white wine, and broth. The term ossobuco comes from the Italian verb "osso", meaning bone, and "buco" meaning hole. In English, it is often called veal shank.


Rib eye steak with chimichurri served with mashed potato and mixed vegetables This is the perfect steak for those who like their beef on the rare side. A bone-in rib eye steak has a fair amount of fat, which means it can be cooked to medium rare without drying out. The chimichurri sauce provides some acidity and a little spice to balance the rich meat.

The first-ever seafood cajun-inspired restaurant in Ilocos Norte, The seafood is billed by grams, it was perfect the sauce I very flavorful the seafood was very fresh, and the staff is really friendly and accommodating.



In general, the restaurant is good. Celebrating something here is nice—a good place with great food and drinks for friends or family members (or both!) The ambiance is pleasant too!
