Better Coffee for Ilokanos, Overclocked Specialty Coffee

I have been here in Ilocos Region for 6 years and I haven't found a local good coffee that can you define this worth your money. I'm not a fan of anything but I'm a fan of trying anything newly opened restaurants and cafes.
I found this small hidden gem in Laoag, Ilocos Norte. Overclocked Coffee serves quality specialty coffee based here in Ilocos. They are specialty coffee, Specialty coffee can be a tricky thing to pin down. It's not just about the coffee beans themselves, but the entire process and journey that they take from farm to cup. It takes the dedication of many different people to make sure that specialty coffee is consistently excellent, and that starts with the farmers who carefully cultivate the coffee plants. They need to have an eye for quality and pick only the ripest, most flavorful cherries to send off to be processed.

I appreciate the most how the owner-barista explains the drinks they make on a technical level that everyone could understand. You really see the passion in his business and what he is doing. It's the work of the processors to get those coffee beans in perfect condition for roasting. They need to be roasted perfectly so as not to lose any of their flavor or aroma - something that takes a great deal of skill and experience. And finally, it's up to the baristas and brewers to do justice to all that hard work by making a delicious cup of coffee that brings out all of those wonderful flavors. And the owner made justice to the coffee they are using.
It's a real team effort, and it's because of these dedicated professionals that we can enjoy such delicious specialty coffees from all over the world. So next time you take a sip of your favorite brew, remember all of the hard work that went into making it possible - and appreciate just how special it really is.

Overall, Overclocked is not just serving coffee in a cup, they are serving more than just a cup of coffee, it's sex in a cup. I mean it's just so good that you want to have it every day, and it's not just always about the brand. The love and passion put in every cup are just amazing as their coffee.
