Travel more than 4 hours to try Matteo Guidecilli’s Restaurant, Da Gianni Cucina Italiana. I’m so excited to try authentic Italian food. According to Matteo, Everything is from Italia except fruits and Vegetables. The place is very well decorated and well ventilated. Every design is a memorabilia from his Grand Father. It also has VIP or Private Room and at night they have outside seating.

Wild Mushroom Puff. Two kinds of mushroom, minced onions cooked in cream sauce.
Frittura Mista di Mare. Beer battered and deep fried assorted seafood and vegetables.
Formaggio Tonino. grilled tomino cheese wrapped in proscuito and served with arugula and cherry tomatoes.
Polpo Salad. Grilled octopus, mango, potato olives, red raddish, arugula in lemon vigniagrette dressing.
Quattro Formaggi. Four cheese topped with truffle paste.
Carnevale Pizza. Salami milano, bacon, salsiccia, meatballs, prosciutto cotto, ab]nd angus striploin.
Porcini Risotto. Porcini mushroom in arborio risotto.
Gnocchi Ragu. Home made potato pasta with meat sauce.
Porchetta. Oven Baked pork belly seasoned with herbs and spices.
Grilled Tenderloin. Organic, grass-fed and 21-day wet aged beef served with grilled vegetables.
Tiramisu Espresso. Savoyardi ladyfingers, coffee, mascarpone cream, and cacao prepared at your table.
Coppa Tri Cioccilati. Combination of silky dark, milk and white chocolate mousse with hazelnut crunch.
Apple Crumble. Stewed apples, torched crumble and vanilla ice cream.
Macedonia di Frutta. Seasoned fruits, mango cream, and meringue.
