It’s time for tea at THE ALLEY

The one and only LEGIT, true as shizz, The Alley (it’s time for tea) opened its doors in the Philippines at the SM Mall of Asia, today. You may be wondering, what about the other Alleys?! well, this right here my friends is the real deal and all the other “The Alleys” will eat its dust.
Bloggers were invited for a media launch of their tea drinks where they met the founder, Mao Ting Chiu. he explained why their offerings taste good and are innovating exceptional. the teas used are created for the brand and come from Taiwan while they syrup and the hand-kneaded pearls, called DEERioca are all hand-made.
Now, the verdict. hands down the Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk, from their brown sugar series, is the bomb! the drink is tinged lightly with the tea, then sipping in that delectable custard of a creme brulee and biting into the sweetly glazed, chewy-good pearls, fantastic!
The Royal No.9 Milk Tea, the flagship drink of The Alley from their milk tea series, has a distinctly nummy feel with a bit of a char from the tea, yet finished off with a fruity taste.
The beverages are encased in a one-size, 500ml plastic cup that’s priced between 100-130PHP (Aurora series prices are not yet available) yet I find, worth the fare and the patience to queue up for this much-anticipated milk tea legend.
