I’m back at Boa Kitchen + Social| Tita place in QC

My last visit was around July and I’m back to try them again. Honestly didn’t enjoy my first visit because I had tooth extraction the night before we went there. The place didn’t change but they change their opening time. They are now open from 11AM - 9PM. They still serve Brunch but they are now focusing in dinner.
BOA takes inspiration from the book “The little prince”. The book begins with the author asking the reader what the drawing is. It initially looks like a hat but then the author reveals it’s actually a boa constrictor eating an elephant.
Fried Spring Roll with Lettuce Wrap. It’s a deep-fried vegetable wrapped in a Lumpia Wrapper. It is best served with Nuoc Cham. It’s a Vietnamese vinegar.
Sisig Croquette. A sisig in croquette from. It’s a really perfect pair for sangria.
Shrimp Pad Thai. One of my favorite, It hasShrimp, stir-fried glass noodles, tamarind sauce, eggs, tofu, bean sprouts, peanuts.
Mango Sticky Rice.
Mango and Lychee Iced Tea.
