Milktea craze is never-ending. Bonifacio Global City just opened a new Milk Tea from Chiang Mai, Thailand. They opened last 2017 and now with 8 branches across Thailand, 1 in Cambodia and now in Manila.
Darlene Chua Lim, who co-owns the local outpost along with Arthur Dichaves went to Thailand and got curious about the long line at Brown Cafe. “We waited in line at Siam Square, just to try what the hype was all about and yes, it was worth the wait! So we decided to bring it here in Manila.”
They’re trying to offer dessert in a healthier option. They’re using real flavors, no artificial ingredients. They use teas are from real tea leaves. Their bubbles (pearls) are made in-house. They have nine varieties to choose from for their pearls: Original, Brown Sugar, Ube, Peach, Strawberry, Mango, Lychee, Collagen-Infused, and Rainbow Low-Calorie Bubble! and Their unique selling point is the Collagen-Infused Bubbles are the same Collagen that would give amazing effects on our skin.
