Bistro Charlemagne | Ayala Malls Manila Bay

This restaurant looked really intimidating because of its interior but it’s loved by most because of their famous dishes. It used to be Little Asia and they rebranded it as Bistro Charlemagne, and they still maintained the goodness of their menu.

We were lost looking at this wonderful restaurant, it was our first time to be in Ayala Mall Manila Bay. They are situated at the 3F of Cinema Building. Upon arriving we really want to dig in their dishes because this mall is hella big.


Let’s TAKAW TIKIM!
Shrimp Poppers. Lightly battered fried shrimp tossed in their special sweet chili-mayo sauce and chili oil served with a side salad. This one is perfect for salad, it’s highly addictive.

Ox Sisig. Slow-cooked ox tongue and ox tripe mixed with their special livermansi-mayo topped with chicharron bulaklak.

Beef Tenderloin Rolls with Cheese.Finely rolled strips of beef tenderloin with cheese stuffed in authentic teriyaki sauce.

Lengua in Mushroom White Sauce. Braised ox tongue with cream sauce and sauteed mushrooms.

Overall, my dining experience is wonderful. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. and be back for their other dishes.
