Hidden Dainty Cafe in Visayas Avenue: Cafe Foliage

By nickahtolentino - Tuesday, August 13, 2019

Foliage is a a representation of leaves, flowers, and branches for architectural ornamentation. Upon arriving at the Cafe, everything is aesthetics. Dried Leaves, Plants, Cactus, even the tables and chairs. What I’m excited about is their cups, they are made from marble from Romblon.

They are located in 88 Road 1, Corner Alley 33, Quezon City inside Ronaldo’s. The cons of being inside the Ronaldo’s is they are the one who serves coffee for their guest.

WHAT TO TRY:

Red Velvet Latte.
It’s not coffee-based, It’s good and tastes like red velvet cake.

Hot Mocha.

Smore’s Latte.
It’s more nutty taste side for me. it has marshmallow, chocolate syrup, and Grahams on top.

Cacao Plantain Bowl Smoothie.
Chocolate Smoothie with Banana, Corn flakes, and granola cereals.

Cactus Bowl Smoothie.
Made from dragon fruit with Banana, Corn flakes, and granola cereals.

Cheesecake, They have a supplier but this one is worth a penny because it’s pure cheesecake.

What I also like about their cafe is they are environment-friendly. They take out boxes is made from reusable materials and it will not hurt the mother earth if you did not throw them properly. It will vanish on its own.

Overall, my stay in Cafe Foliage feels very close to the environment. From their aesthetic interior to their take-out boxes, It’s such a relief to my ear that even small businesses also thought about our environment, that it’s not about the profit also. They Smoothie bowl was good, it’s freshly made and you can request if you’re on a diet restriction.
