Gloomy Sunday Morning, My friends tried to wake up early in the morning to have a mini Binondo Food Crawl. We all know that every Sunday in Binondo is a struggle to find a parking for your car. We tried our best to find one. Our first stop is the newest Milk Tea place near Binondo Church.
We are trying another milk tea place, I told you we don’t know how many and where milk tea shop I already tried. There are thousand milk tea shop around the Philippines from Kiosk to stores with their own unique style of selling their milk tea. Tan Tea did not focus on milk tea series, they have over 11series where you can choose from.
Tan Tea is a brand originated from Hong Kong. They have over 80 branches in Hong Kong. Tan Tae branches in Hongkong was “tanke” which means “to explore”. They started here in the Philippines back in 2014 with just delivery using WeChat Messenger app around the Binondo Chinese Community only. and then after a few years, they decided to build a store in Binondo.
Boba Yogurt Series – we had Popping Boba Mango Yogurt, Popping Boba Strawberry Yogurt and Popping Boba Black Currant Yogurt.
Milk Tea Series – we had Boba Pearl Milk Tea and Pudding Milk Tea.
Peach Gum Series – for this series we tried the Mango Peach Gum and Butterfly Pea Coconut Peach Gum.
Fruit Tea Series – we tried the Watermelon Coconut, Fresh Grapefruit Green Tea and Butterfly Pea Lemon Cup.
Four Season Soda
Cream Cheese Series - This Series of series can have your logo or your face be printed. Amazing!
Overall, I am still amazed by their shop in the middle of Binondo. It has a white and gold theme. It’s very relaxing and made us stay a few more hours and did not proceed to our next destination in Binondo. They only use natural and best materials from Hongkong. If you are adventurous foodie, try their Fruit Tea and Soda Series, It’s really refreshing and thirst-quenching.
