Early Bird goes beyond breakfast, introducing comfort foods enjoyable for lunch and dinner. Their super pink restaurant is very enticing, this is the reason why people are curious to try their dishes. They also sell processed jar food, like Tuyo, Adobo Flakes and also Bacon Chicharon!


The interiors are really pop-colored, it’s well-decorated and well-ventilated. The staffs are really friendly and approachable.

This is their menu, feels like morning even it’s lunchtime already.

For starters,


bacon chicharon. Slices of bacon deep-fried to perfection. either dip it in garlic sour cream or their signature vinegar.

Ultimate Grilled Cheese with Roasted Tomato Soup. Cheddar, mozzarella and gruyere between slices of toasted bread with sweet and spicy onion relish served with roasted tomato soup on the side.

Prawns Benedict. early Bird’s own spin on this classic breakfast staple. Toasted English muffin with deep-fried coconut coated shrimp, poached egg and hollandaise sauce.

Bacon Nuggets. Bite-size, thick-cut bacon, breaded and fried to a crisp. Served with our honey jalapeño mayo dip and specially made for all bacon lovers out there.

Entrees

Truffle Bacon Cheddar Risotto. Truffle infused creamy risotto with sauteed bacon, fresh mushroom, and cheddar cheese.

Chorizo & Mushroom Risotto. Spanish chorizo and fresh mushrooms risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano.

Campfire Crepe. Golden crepes stuffed with their chocolate sauce and graham crumbs, filled with toasted marshmallows. Topped with ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce.



Cinnamon Orange Crepe. A summery dessert crepe filled with cinnamon-infused oranges and warm sugary syrup. Topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

Yin & Yang Champorado. Rich Belgian Chocolate and white chocolate champorado served with sweetly toasted dilis on the dish.

French Toast Fondue. French toast sticks served with maple syrup, cinnamon sugar, and chocolate syrup.

Early Bird Halo-halo. All-time favorite Filipino dessert with layers of sweetened coconut shreds, greek yogurt, banana chips, and shaved ice.
