Bistro Charlemagne, Ayala Feliz

Newest Ayala Mall in the Metro it’s just in the boundary of Marikina and Pasig area. It’s pretty big and didn’t know it has a 5th floor and sky garden. I found some not-so-hidden gem in the 5th floor, the ‘Bistro Charlemagne’. I haven’t tried anything from here, and let’s give it a shot. the place is very IG worthy, the couch and chairs are very velvety, the brick walls are picture perfect too. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Their food? It’s Awesome, and here’s the list of TT’s recommendation


TAKAWTIKIM!

Crispy Lumpiang Hubad. Layered Pastry filled with a shredded vegetable top with garlic sauce and sweet say dressing.

Beef Tenderloin with Cheese. Finely rolled strips of beef tenderloin with cheese sauteed with authentic teriyaki sauce. I super love this dish.

Little Asia’s Crispy Chicken. A Classic house special crispy chicken with freshly made savory gravy. A family passed down from Charlemagne’s Grandfather. it’s what kept in three generations of restaurateurs alive from 1950′s until today.

Ox Sisig. Slow-cooked ox tongue and ox tripe with our special liver-mayo topped with chicharon bulaklak. He recreates the Filipino classic Sisig with the punch of spiciness.

Salt and Pepper Spareribs

Lengua in Mushroom White Sauce. braised ox tongue with a cream sauce with sauteed mushroom.
